Napjainkban jellemző az egészségre káros, ún. kockázati magatartások elterjedése. A fiatalok egyre korábban kezdenek el dohányozni. Az alkoholfogyasztást és a dohányzást a társas élet elmaradhatatlan kellékeinek tekintik, egyre elfogadottabb közöttük, hogy a drogok az unalom és a stressz elűzésének alkalmas eszközei. Tanulmányunkban egyetemi hallgatók életmódbeli szokásait vizsgálva kifejezetten a káros szenvedélyekre voltunk kíváncsiak. A vizsgálat során azt kaptuk, hogy a hallgatók egyötöde naponta rendszeresen dohányzik, alkoholt majdnem kétharmaduk fogyaszt alkalmanként. Az energiaital- és a kávéfogyasztás mértéke magas. Az illegális szereket illetően a fiatalok leginkább a kipróbálást választják, ami sok esetben nem vezet rendszerességhez. Az egészséges életmód kialakításához nagyon fontos szempont az egészségtudatosság megfelelő formálása, amely megkívánja a káros hatások felismerését és kiküszöbölését.<br><br><strong>Kulcsszavak:</strong> egyetemi hallgatók, életmódbeli szokások, káros szenvedélyek, kockázati magatartás, egészségtudatosság<br><br><strong>ABSTRACT </strong><br><br>It is well known that national trends in health behaviour among young people are very negative. Today, there is an increasing prevalence of so-called risk-taking behaviours that are harmful to health. Young people are starting to smoke at earlier and earlier ages. Alcohol and tobacco are seen as indispensable in social life, and it is increasingly accepted among them that drugs are a means of relieving boredom and stress. In our study, we looked specifically at the lifestyle habits of university students, focusing on harmful addictions. The study showed that one fifth of the students smoke regularly every day and almost two thirds drink alcohol occasionally. Energy drink and coffee consumption is high. As regards illegal substances, young people tend to experiment, which in many cases does not lead to regular use.
