A cikkben röviden felvázolom az amerikai antiföderalista szélsőjobb politikai és jogi világképét, melynek keretei között szükséges értelmezni ezt a jelenséget, valamint kitérek az USA jogrendszerének azon sajátos vonásaira, amelyek lényegében lehetővé tették a joggal való visszaélés alább tárgyalt formáinak elburjánzását, elsőként nagyobb arányban az 1980-as és ’90-es évek folyamán. <br>Természetesen a szövetségi törvényhozás és az egyes államok törvényhozásai – némi késéssel, de – tettek bizonyos lépéseket a nyugtalanító jelenség megfékezése érdekében; ezek a lépések mind az USA szövetségi büntető törvénykönyve, mind egyes polgári jogi intézmények módosítását magukban foglalták, kérdéses azonban, hogy sikerülhet-e a paper terrorism felszámolása egy eleve többszintű és csak lassan mozduló jogalkotás keretei között. <br><br><strong>Kulcsszavak: </strong>terrorizmus, szélsőjobb, alkotmány, USA, zálogjog<br><br><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br><br>In my thesis, I present a particular form of "warfare" waged by the American far right against the US federal government and the governments of individual states and their representatives: the phenomenon of so-called paper terrorism. In this article, I briefly outline the political and legal worldview of the US anti-federalist far-right, within which it is necessary to understand this phenomenon, and I also discuss the particular features of the US legal system that have essentially allowed the proliferation of the forms of abuse of the law discussed below, first on a larger scale in the 1980s and '90s. <br>Of course, the federal legislature and state legislatures have taken some steps, albeit belatedly, to curb this disturbing phenomenon, including amendments to both the US federal criminal code and some civil law institutions, but it is questionable whether paper terrorism can be eliminated in an inherently multi-tiered and slow-moving legislation. <br><br><strong>FELHASZNÁLT SZAKIRODALOM</strong><br><br>Abanes, R.
